Notes	Liz Sugrue bio at Whangarei Acting & Drama Classes website, where is is/was a tutor, to at least 2013. “I started drama classes at the age of 5 and learnt Speech and Drama until the age of 18 when I gained my ATCL. In the following years, I toured with Whakarite Theatre Company around New Zealand schools. During this time, I was also involved in mainbill productions at the Court Theatre in Christchurch and the Taki Rua Depot Theatre in Wellington. After living and travelling in Asia and Australia, I came back to New Zealand to complete a degree in Theatre and Film Studies at Canterbury University. I then went to teachers college and taught drama at Buller High School and Wellington Girls' College. I moved to Northland in 2010 and live on 9 acres near Sandy Bay and love it. In Whangarei, I have been involved with Opera North, which is fantastic, and I played the part of Lucy in Black Box Theatre’s premiere show “Pack of Girls”.
