| Description |
A double-bill of two challenging works by Indigenous playwrights. Mechanics for the Spirit by Merrill Bray explores the relationship between a young Aboriginal woman and an old gin, Aggie, who are thrown together in an outback gaol. Ray Kelly's Somewhere in the Darkness is about a young man who is wrecked by drugs and alcohol. He takes a journey back through time with his Waark Spirit to face the traumas that have haunted him since childhood. |
