An exploratory piece based around lifting and taking weight loosely connected to "rides" at a fair ground. This work is fundamental to the development of Arcadian Corridor, which closely followed and to a section in the Retort series.
Starting with fairground imagery, with its dynamics and its multiplicity of events, this work moves quickly from one scene to the next. Sections are short and mostly densely structured. Allusions to spirals and circles are structurally identifiable. |
