Alec Ritchie, like many of his contemporaries in the 1950s, went overseas to pursue an acting career. Now he returns, successful and highly regarded, to his native Australia to make a film with a British production company. But circumstances have changed during his absence and the welcome he was expecting does not come easily as his past threatens to impact on his future plans. |
