South Pacific Liszt Society presents.
The structure of the seminar will be the many journeys which Liszt made as a travelling virtuoso and will provide an introduction to Liszt's life and music. It will cover all facets of his genius, including the many conflicts which made up his complex personality. The seminar will be illustrated with slides and musical examples, including a performance of the D-Minor sonata by Stephane McCallum. Peter McCallum will act as convenor. |
