| Description |
Rather than a simple adaptation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Frankenstein's Shadow was a combination of the dark expressionism of Shelley's indictment of unethical science with an interplay of gothic shadow images, poignant performance and cast over with a side-show atmosphere (with Peter Boyd's original score played by The Original Otto Orchestra).
Reviewer's Opinion: "It attempts to distil the essence of Mary Shelley's story through image and theatrical device". |
