Description |
The hostility of girls of humble station to a rich girl who came to work with them in a dressmaking, establishment is the chief undercurrent of Aimee and Philip Stuart's comedy "Nine Till Six," which was presented by the A.D.A. Dramatic Club at the Conservatorium last night. Although the performance often needed the tempering of sound stage experience so that the comedy was sometimes somewhat heavy it improved after a ragged beginning. In a cast of 15 women Jean Wells, Margaret Fetherslon. Mabel Rouse, Lilian Pistola, and Anne Cobb were the more competent. |
