Description Makeshift (Tessa Zettel and Karl Khoe) will present a programme centred on methods and ideologies of food preservation. The Saturday sessions at the market will feature teachers passing on preservation recipes in a series of practical workshops. Around these workshops discussion sessions will investigate ideologies surrounding food, waste, and the way we eat.
