Further Information During the Christmas season the Kean's performed a repertoire of drama, followed by the annual pantomime. Ellen Kean notes in her letters "the Pantomime was a failure from the fact that it was made nobody's business to look after it. Tricks were made that never went on stage and handsome dresses ditto."
