Description |
A concert in aid of erecting a fence around the Rockingham cemetery was given by a party of gentlemen from Fremantle on Friday evening, in the schoolroom. On this, as on previous occasions, the room was far too small to accommodate the number of people residing in the district. The hall was filled to overflowing by an appreciative audience who thoroughly enjoyed the programme provided for them, which consisted of songs and recitations. |
