| Description | The story is Ningali's autobiography: her birth under a tree in Western Australia's remote far north, life in a huge, extended family, the adventures of her rodeo-riding brothers, tribal traditions, dates with rock stars, her year in Alaska, and the birth of her son. It is a story about journeys, from north to south, tribal to contemporary cultures, from a daughter to a mother. She dances and she sings country, she's a natural stand-up comic with innate storytelling skills. This wonderful and important show has been acclaimed throughout Australia and was an award-winning hit at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. | |||||||||||||||||||
