Salt charts the journey of discovery between mother and daughter when they are forced to live together after a fire in the mothers kitchen. As they engage in sacred kitchen rituals transforming foodstuffs into memory, they relive their pasts and contemplate their future, allowing the audience to glimpse intimate moments in each of their lives that changed them forever. |
