Description |
"Bard Bits - a series of witty dances to jazzy settings of Shakespeare's songs which John Dankworth reworked for his wife, Cloe Laine, in the '60s. The Bits were devised last year to punctuate and lighten a series of six momentous if sometimes lugubrious statements by budding company choreographers under the general title Shakespeare Dances." |
