| Description |
Statements is the story of a lonely spinster-librarian who becomes the lover of a half-caste teacher who is studying the principles of evolution. They are discovered, lying on the floor naked, immediately after committing a breach of the South African immortality laws, and most of this 80 minute play takes place in the nude. |
