Description Cosi fan tutte is the final installment in one of the most fruitful and widely admired of artistic partnerships. The storied collaboration between Lorenzo Da Ponte, imperial poet in the Viennese court, and Mozart, the Salzburg-born genius whom Da Ponte called "that most celebrated father of harmony." The meeting of their talents resulted in three comic operas, all of which left an indelible mark on music history: The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, and Cosi fan tutte.
