| Description |
A female journey to awareness through the use of songs, beginning with a deadpan, puppet-like rendition of such sex role stereotyped numbers as Norman, The Boyfriend and Bobby's Girl. It sniped briefly at current commercials as the two rag dolls deodorised and desensitised. … they gradually shed their doll-like posture … and threw away any shred of apparent capitulation in a dramatic rendition of Jacques Brel's 'Carousel'. |
