Description Billy Beavis is a young man recently released from a mental institution. As a homecoming present to himself, he has invited old friends and family to his Dublin home for a poker game. As an ulterior motive, he and a mate from the madhouse plan to conduct a court of inquiry to determine who was most responsible for Billy's breakdown.
