Description From Moliere's Les Femmes Savantes. In Bolt's witty translation, Moliere's 17th century feminist intellectuals are transposed into Paris of the 1990s. The Sisterhood concerns the plight of Henriette, who wants to marry for love - but her jealous, pseudo-feminist sister, her nymphomaniac aunt and her intellectual mother have different ideas.
