Description Then comes the woman. Langford, fresh from England, and determined not to be corrupted by the West African vices to which the sneering Witzel has proclaimed him heir, is suddenly confronted with Tondeleyo, a beautiful leopard-like half-caste who from her French father and negro mother has inherited the vices of both races. Tondeleyo seeks out Langford alone in the bungalow for the express and unveiled purpose of seducing him….
