Excerpts from two plays by novelist and playwright Samuel Beckett will be performed at Massey University in a three- week exhibition devoted to his life. Mr Beckett won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1969, and the exhibit celebrates the centenary of his birth in 1906. The exhibition is on the upper floor of the social science lecture block and is open weekdays. Professor Dick Corballis will host a tour on Tuesday at 5pm. He will read from Waiting for Godot, students will perform Come and Go and there will be a clip from Rockaby. |
