This production is played out in the rubble of a crumbling state, with the text brutally slashed by Joe Bennett. An exciting mix of actors, designers and musicians to create a work amidst the destruction of their home town of Lyttelton. The ghost scene is creatively and powerfully staged and the idea of the weed-smoking witches as sexy, supernatural puppeteers to the Macbeths works. |
