Rita Angus is one of our most cherished and recognised artists and was particularly prolific in regards to self-portraiture. She was intriguing, inherently 'kiwi' and considered herself married to her work. The dancers are inspired by a different Angus Self Portrait each, to produce four highly nuanced and individual works. |
