In this piece of dance theatre Butoh and live music fuse together to create a rich, sensual and other-worldly experience. This work utilises extended vocal techniques and stretched timing. Life and death hang in the balance as a soul escapes in earthly form. Animalistic figures emerge from the blackness as time unfolds backwards and memory recreates the fateful event. |
