A tale of three old friends who used to play semi-professional rugby league in the UK and are n ow on their way to a reunion on the South Island's West Coast. A night at Jackson's Pub is enough to get the juices and the secrets flowing. The play draws on Hawes's own childhood in Westport and on his father, who played rugby league in Britain. |
