Description 'Tulip Time' opens appropriately with a scene in the tulip fields and tulip time is spring time, and time for romance. The girls at the Vanderleue School have thoughts of romance, and one of them, Angela, who is a ward in chancery, runs away to marry Carl, an Air Force officer. After the wedding the headmistress of the school and the girl's guardian arrive. Bride and bridesmaid are sent back to school, and then the fun starts.
