Description A story of the 1891 Queensland Shearers' Strike.

Gough Whitlam was in attendance at the show opening in Rockhampton.

Following the Rockhampton performances, the show toured west to towns that had participated in the 1891 Shearers' strike and eventually wound up at the Cremorne Theatre in Brisbane (Event 16570, October 1991). Western rural towns in the tour included Clermont, Blackall, Blackbutt, Barcaldine, Longreach, Winton, Tambo , Muttaburra and Aramac.
