Description By Kevin McGrath, based on the book by W.S. Hill-Reid. "John Grant was a London clerk sentenced to transportation to New South Wales in 1804 for a crime of passion. His exploits in the colony remained unknown until the 1950s when his letters and diaries were discovered in the vault of a London bank."
