Articles from the Wooroora Producer (Balaklava) report The Wakefield Flashes performing at a strawberry fete at the Port Wakefield Methodist Church in November 1926 and another fundraising event at the church in July 1930. The inscription on the Hoyleton Hall stage door shows them performing there in August of 1930.
