After taking out last year’s NATSIAA prize, Timo Hogan returns to Darwin with a series of monumental paintings depicting, Lake Baker, the site that he has custodial responsibilities for. Timo surveys the Wati Kutjara Tjukurpa (Two Men Creation Line) of his birthright and brings the religion within the landscape and its inhabitants to life in two dimensions. |
