| Description |
Using black light and mime techniques, Singapore's only Theatre of the Deaf has entranced audiences of all ages. Dreams of a Chameleon, specially commissioned for the Festival, takes the audience into the exotic jungle of imagination. The Spirit of the ancient tree rustles its story all the way back down to its roots, to worry the river water as it struggles by the bank with a sluggish canoe. The Mousedeer, slipping through a net of leaves, teases the hunter far behind. Distant thunder troubles the morning and the Chameleon scuttles to a welcome rock to await the coming storm... |
