Description Camelot tells the story of King Arthur's idealistic kingdom, which rises with the Round Table for justice but falls due to the forbidden love between his Queen Guenevere and his best knight, Sir Lancelot, complicated by the plotting of Arthur's illegitimate son, Mordred. The musical follows Arthur's dream of "might for right," his idyllic marriage, the arrival of the arrogant but noble Lancelot, their intense affair, and the eventual betrayal that shatters the kingdom's peace, ending in war and tragedy.
