| Description |
Lights. Camera, Crisis.
Guido Contini, Italy's most celebrated filmmaker, is out of ideas. With his next film looming and his personal life in freefall, he's haunted by the women who have defined his past and now hold the key to his future - his wife, mistress, muse, and mother.
Inspired by Federico Fellini's film 8 1/2, Nine is a Tony Award-winning musical that blends dazzling sequences with the glamour and chaos of 1960s Italy. Directed by Dean Dreiberg (Hamilton), this eye-catching production is a love letter to la dolce vita - in all its beauty and complexity.

Director's Note
Directing Nine has been a meta journey into the creative process – a reflection on what it means to be an artist. It’s an exploration on the beautifully chaotic lives we lead and the impact our immersion has on those around us. An interesting provocation for a group of artists who are about to embark upon a formative chapter in their careers.
