Description |
The play was one half of a double bill, performed with Barry Dickins' "The Golden Goldenbergs". "The Age" critic Leonard Radic described it as
"a police station interrogation drama, based loosely on an experience of the author's but pushed to the point of both tragedy and farce...A grubby youth (Gary Samolin) goes along to his local police station to pay a fine. The police take a dislike to him; and in the surreal nightmare that ensues he is tormented and savagely beaten up." |
