Description Set in Paris in the 1930's, "Victor Victoria" is the story of a down-on-her-luck singer Victoria Grant who befriends gay cabaret singer Carroll Todd. Lamenting their poverty, Todd hits on an idea to turn Victoria into Victor and become Europe's greatest female impersonator. The ruse works and they soon become the toast of the town until the masquerade is blown apart in a complicated love triangle.
