| Description |
A physical evocation of Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) from Tess de Quincey. It is billed as a "durational performance installation".
From Performance Space Database:
"Embrace... an Immodest Green was a performance installation devised by De Quincey Co and was built on the company's residency, The Natyashastra and Body Weather in Kolkata, India, Oct - Dec 2003. Audience were invited to wander through the unnameable. Seething within a fan of intense colours and textures, Embrace was an immersion in a range of emotive textures and a negotiation of borderlines, of darkness and humour and of death." |
