"Set in the colourful and bizarre world of the Australian sideshows of the 1950s, three lives are brought together. Billy, Alec and Rita find themselves falling in love beyond the acceptable boundaries of the time. Oddly enough, there is sanctuary for them within the world of 'Sideshow Alley', among the 'misfits', 'outcasts' and 'curiosities'. Unable to control their feelings, they find themselves living lives that are filled with secrets and lies." |
