Description Late at night under a full moon, a tramp, a child and a sleeper wake and have an argument. The tramp falls into a pool of water in which the moon is reflected and shatters it. In the sky, the moon falls to pieces. Together they must fix it before the police lock them up forever for destruction of public property.
