Two works: "Present Tense" choreographed by Garry Stewart and "Unspoken Outloud" choroegraphed by Kat Worth. Vocabulary, a collaborative project between Restless Dance Company and Australian Dance Theatre, explored the central theme of the construction of meaning through the confluence of bodies and written language. Restless Dance Theatre is Australia’s leading youth dance company for young people with and without a disability. Working with dancers from both companies former Artistic Director of Restless Dance Theatre Kat Worth, and Garry Stewart presented two new works that explored how language formulates identity. |
