The show deals with the mental development of individuals of secondary school age covering issues in the Victorian Government's Health Curriculum. It specifically addresses the need for balanced and open discussion / study of the issues confronting adolescents in our contemporary society.
"Superfreaks" draws its inspiration from the curriculum and takes a brand new angle, solidified with its juxtaposition to current events, specifically the recent South-East Asian tsunami. Adolescent self-identity is the central theme, specifically addressing the adolescent development in the area |
