| Description |
The legendary story of a poor ladfrom Pekin - the son of a laundress who also has an adopted son named Wishee Washee. The Emporer of the day, a dictator of his people, has a beautiful daughter, Princess Balroubadour, whom he intends shall marry one Pekoe. Abanazar, a travelling magician is in search of the famous Magic Lamp which is hidden away in a cave in Chine and which, legend has it, may only be found by a youth named Aladdin. Abanazar seeks this youth intending to gain the lamp, and thus become the possessor of all the riches the lamp will bring. Aladdin meets the Princess Balroubadour |
