Description Rita the fortune-teller, Billy the tent boxer, and Alec a charismatic drifter, find themselves irrevocably intertwined in a love triangle beyond acceptable boundaries of the time. Their sanctuary among 'misfits', 'outcasts' and 'curiosities' of the 1950s travelling show, provides a setting for songs of love, laughter and drama, as they find themselves living lives that are filled with secrets and lies.

Winner of the Helpmann Award 2007 for Best Original Score.
