Description FOR the first time in Australian musical history, an amateur musical society will tonight give the Australian premiere of a modern English opera. The opera — the first ever written to include chorus for the audience as well as the performers — is Let's Make An Opera., sub-titled The Little Sweep by Benjamin Britten, the foremost of modern English opera composers. It will be performed by the Lakemba Musical Society at the CENEF auditorium, Castlereagh St.
