You Only Live Twice aimed to question the gendered, class-coded ways that Asian bodies are racialised and sexualised in late capitalist Western cultures, as well as the aspects of race relations specific to gay and lesbian social spheres. The evening featured spoken word performances, improvisation and slide projections.
