Description On 2 July 2007, Mohamed Haneef was arrested at Brisbane International Airport for, allegedly, recklessly assisting a terrorist organisation. Taken to Brisbane City Watch House and detained for 12 days, Haneef made history by becoming the first person detained under the provisions of Australia's new anti-terrorism laws.
Based on the transcripts of the interrogation of Dr Mohamed Haneef, the play recounts the incident, drawing no conclusions of innocence or guilt but ultimately, what these laws mean to Australians as a whole.
