Two teenagers steal a dingy and paddle into the river late at night. Out from shore they collide with a ship lost in time, flicking helplessly before the winds of change. Events flash by, tragic, hilarious, political, life-changing events woven through the history of Brisbane. Simple experiences explore the waves of change that have crashed against the banks of the Brisbane River. Nothing will be as it was. Presented in collaboration with Brisbane Powerhouse, The production sought to explore localised themes of place and inheritance. |
