Further Information For the first time the scenery dock doors were opened to allow arrival onstage of carriages which looked extraordinary. A popular story is that it also allowed chorus members from Victoria State Opera to appear accidentally onstage as the Playhouse backs on to the State Theatre. Names are not listed to protect the not so innocent!!
