Description | It all started when Jay went to a strip club with her sister for a hens' night. An existential crisis for this nineties liberated feminine feminist. Tatyana des Fontaines-Burns plays Jay and all the characters she talks about as she explores what it means to be a woman in the 90s. A female prostitute, screeching 'hens' clawing at Jerry the Gyrator, a Broadford Bikie and her father (who believes that "women are sitting on a goldmine") all cause Jay to wonder if anything has really changed for women over the years. This one woman short play is both poignant and very funny. | |||||||||||||
