The Top End community is finally going to be treated to one of the all-time favourites from the world of musicals: Rogers and Hammerstein's classic The Sound of Music. Maria and the von Trapp Family are joined by a cast of over fifty and a live orchestra to sing all of your favourites as they make their escape into Switzerland from the Nazi régime in Austria. With a fabulous two-week run and the second week coinciding with school holidays, this provides an excellent opportunity for all to come and enjoy good all round family entertainment. |
