Description |
THE Ku-ring-gai Theatre Guild will present "The Story of Madeleine Smith," a play on the famous murder trial by Howard M. Lockhart, at Killara, on September 10. Mr. Lockhart, a B.B.C. producer now on loan to the A.B.C., wrote the play in 1947, and it was professionally produced with success, we are told-in Glasgow last year. Mr. Lockhart will be the producer, and the leading parts will be played by Naida Redshaw (Madeleine Smith), Richard Meikle (Emile), and O. D. Bisset (the father). |
