Description |
"Yes, My Darling Daughter" is a humorous story of a modern mother and her still more modern daughter. The mother, having been a leading feminist in the Suffragette Movement in England, finds herself faced by her daughter, who is determined to win her own independence. More complications arise when an ex-lover from the mother's youth arrives to spend the week-end at their Long Island home. Amusing situations quickly arise with the arrival of a much-divorced sister-in-law who, being on the look-out for another husband, quickly attaches herself to the mother's ex-lover. After much intrigue and scheming the family straighten out this highly amusing situation. |
